#magicmonday | Meditation is a refreshing space where we meditate together to start the week with an energy boost and a new mindset.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and experienced mindfulness trainer, I am guiding our community through a meditation of the week to help you train your mindfulness muscle within a nourishing community space. Participants have loved our special and unique place to connect, go deep, and meditate together. We will practice how to

  • Calm our mind,

  • Cleanse negativity,

  • Connect with our inner peace and strength.

Coming from a working-class family, I am offering these guided group meditations for free to make personal development accessible. Friends and donations for our charity of the month are welcome ❤
